Meet Our Staff

Ty has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Ty is a customer service oriented leader and truly believes in doing all he can to make his customers happy and give them a luxury experience. While the dealership is a wonder accomplishment for Ty, his true accomplishment is his family. He has a wife, 3 beautiful daughters, 1 adorable grandson, and he is hoping for more grandchildren soon.

Management professional with over 20 years of automotive experience. Frank started with his career with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep brand before moving on to the Lexus brand and now reaching the pinnacle of my career with Mercedes-Benz. Frank has been married for 18 wonderful years and has 2 sons that keep him extremely active. He is a Long Island resident living in Nassau County and is very active in the local community. He coaches basketball and baseball for both of his sons. He is a big sports fan for the local teams being a Yankee and Jets fan. He has helped many neighbors, friends and family throughout the years in purchasing new or quality pre-owned vehicles and looks forward to helping his current clientele experience what Mercedes-Benz has to offer. Frank looks forward to exceeding your expectations and is grateful for the opportunity to help you with your automotive needs.

Aja started with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa 6 years ago as a Biller and since then has moved up to become our Finance Director. She has over 15 years of luxury automotive experience. Aja is a mother of two and has an identical twin who is also in the automotive industry.

Lauren has been with Mercedes-Benz for 4 years now and with MBM for 2. She recently re-joined our team from Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn and is happy to be back home on Long Island.

Peter has been with our Massapequa team for 7 years now. Prior to joining us, he spent 5 years with Honda. Peter is a former restaraunt owner, and had over 10 years of restaurant management experience when he decided to change career paths and enter the automotive industry. He is a car enthusiast and Formula One fan.

Bentley joint our team early this year as a Pre-Owned manager. Has over 23 years in the automotive Industry experience. Bentley has been with Mercedes Benz brand for over 5 years, he is also a Desert Storm Veteran.

Edvin has been with Mercedes Benz of Massapequa for 7 years. His knowledge has helped him move up from a sales person to a finance manager.

Rick has been with Mercedes-Benz for 2 years, and with Massapequa for 3 months. Rick comes from a Merrill Lynch background and has traveled all over the country throughout his career.

George started with Mercedes-Benz 15 years ago and has spent 10 years with the Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa family. His customer service values perfectly describe his work ethic. “The best or nothing, is what you should expect from me.”

Kris has been with the Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa team for 5 years now and is Sprinter certified. Kris is our only fluent Polish speaking staff member. “Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.”

Paul has spent 8 years with the Mercedes-Benz brand, and 2 years with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. Paul has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Paul has been with our team in Massapequa for 3 months, but has spent 15 years with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Paul is a sales expert and has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is a people person, an animal lover and a very upbeat, friendly guy. Paul is a Jets and Yankees fan.

Oliver is a 2nd generation sales man with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. He follows in the footsteps of his father who retired from MBM in December 2014. Prior to the automotive industry, Oliver worked on Wall Street. He loves to golf and is a firm believer of delivering his “Service with a smile.”

Jose has been with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa for 9 years. He comes from a strong retail management background, and spent 5 years as a District Manager with Aldo. Jose decided to change career paths when he moved from Manhattan to Long Island with his family. He has 3 daughters and 1 son.

As the newest member to our Sales Team at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa, Lisa comes to us with two and a half years of experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand; and over fifteen years of sales knowledge from the Hospitality Industry. She is a car enthusiast who learned to drive at the age of nine on the go-karts at the Adventures Inn Amusement Park.

Vincent joined our Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa family in June 2015. Previously, Vin worked at Ford for 10 years and has a total of over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Vin comes from a strong Marketing background and understands how to best reach his customers. He has taken on many different roles throughout his career but has always remained service focused.

Dean has been with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa for 8 years now. With over 28 years in the automotive industry, Dean has previous experience with both Silverstone Motors and Ford. An Amityville native, he has 2 boys and enjoys spending time with his family during his days off.

Kwang has been with the Mercedes-Benz brand for 12 years and has spent 2 years with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. Kwang is an SLS/AMG certified technician. He is also bilingual, speaking fluent Korean.

Dwayne has been with Mercedes-Benz for an impressive 27 years. He has spent 9 years with our team at MBM. The part Dwayne loves the most about his job is getting to know his customers and build relationships with them.

Throughout Viviane’s 9 year career with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa, she has held many titles. She started out as a BDC representative, and quickly moved to a BDC manager, and was even the Assistant to the GM before moving into her role as Service Consultant. Viviane is also Master Certified. Even with her ever-evolving career, she still manages to make time for her 2 beautiful daughters and her puppy.

Carol has spent 7 years total with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. She also has experience working with Ford in a similar role. Carol is responsible for the inventory and dealer trade aspect of the business and provides sales support to the staff.

Nicole has been with Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa for 4 years. She started out as a BDC representative before moving up to her current role as Supervisor of the BDC Service team. Nicole is a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys riding her Spyder bike and spending time with her daughter during her off days.
