The cabin space of the new E-Series E300 Sedan is as elegantly crafted as any Mercedes-Benz has ever made. Technology

To say that the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 Sedan is packed with advanced technology features is like saying the Atlantic has a bit of water in it. Some of the new technology found on the E300 sedan is an industry-first implementation, including the exclusive E-Class Car-to-X feature. This exciting new safety feature allows your E300 to communicate with central traffic resources, and with other E-Class vehicles, to gather information about road conditions and traffic hazards, and relay them to you. Other exclusive features include DRIVE PILOT, the closest thing to autonomous driving you’ll find. There’s also an Active Lane-Change Assist feature that will automatically change lanes when you signal, and the Remote Parking Pilot which will park your E300 via your smartphone command after you’ve left the vehicle. This is just a few of the new technology features you’ll find on the new E-Class.

Performance

The Mercedes-Benz E-Series E300 Sedan is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that has more horsepower and better fuel economy than many V6 engines. The 241-horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque delivered by this turbo 4-cylinder mean 0-60 times of just 6.2 seconds. The paddle shifters on the 9-speed automatic give drivers plenty of control, while the rear-wheel or 4MATIC all-wheel drive system provides exceptional handling. The multi-link independent suspension is standard, while an Air Body Control suspension is available as an option. Both use adaptive dampers for automatic load leveling and lowering the suspension at highway speeds.
